ಕೆಎಲ್‌ಇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯ ಬಿ.ವ್ಹಿ. ಬೆಲ್ಲದ ಕಾನೂನು ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 24, 25 ಮತ್ತು 26 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯ ಜೆಎನ್‌ಎಂಸಿಯ ಡಾ.ಬಿ.ಎಸ್.ಕೊಡಕಿಣಿ ಆಡಿಟೋರಿಯಂನಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಕಾನೂನು ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತನಾ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಗಳ’ ಕುರಿತು ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳ ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬಿ.ವಿ.ಬೆಲ್ಲದ ಕಾನೂನು ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಪ್ರಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಡಾ. ಬಿ. ಜಯಸಿಂಹ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಗುರುವಾರ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಕೃತಕ ಬುದ್ಧಿಮತ್ತೆ, ಮೆಟಾವರ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‌ಚೈನ್ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅವುಗಳ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್‌ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಕುರಿತು ವಿಚಾರ ಮಂಡನೆಗೊಳ್ಳಿದ್ದು ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವನ್ನು ಕೆಎಲ್‌ಇ ಕಾನೂನು ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿಯ ಫಲಕದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ಲೋಬಲ್ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿ ಆಫ್ ಲಾ – ಟೆಕ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ (ಉಂಐಖಿಇಖ) ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ವಿಷಯ: ಇಂದು ಜಗತ್ತು ಉದಯೋನ್ಮುಖ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಯ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಗಳ ಬೃಹತ್ ಪರಿಣಾಮವನ್ನು ಜಗತ್ತು ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಿಚ್ಛಿದ್ರಕಾರಕವಾಗಿಯೂ ರೂಪಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂದೇಹವಿಲ್ಲ. ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‌ಚೈನ್, ಆರ್ಟಿಫಿಶಿಯಲ್ ಇಂಟೆಲಿಜೆನ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಈಗ ಮೆಟಾವರ್ಸ್ನಂತಹ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಗಳು ಮಾನವ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಅದರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಅದು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ, ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಬಾಹ್ಯಾಕಾಶ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಹೀಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಂದರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಅವಲೋಕಿಸಬಹುದು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಗತಿಗಾಗಿ ಈ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ನಮಗೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಲವಾದ ನೈತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ನೀತಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಮೂಲಕ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ರಚಿಸುವುದು ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಮಹತ್ವದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಈ ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವು ಪರಿವರ್ತನಾ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯಲು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಅಪಾರ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ, ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 24 ರಂದು ಸಂಜೆ 5.30 ಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವನ್ನು ಧಾರವಾಡ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಪೀಠದ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಸಿ.ಎಂ. ಜೋಶಿ ಅವರು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಮೇರಿಕೆಯ ಡಾ. ಇಂಗ್ರಿಡ್ ವಾಸಿಲು-ಫೆಲ್ಟೆಸ್, ಡೀಪ್ ಟೆಕ್ ಎಕ್ಸಿಕ್ಯೂಟಿವ್ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕ ನುಡಿಗಳನ್ನಾಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೆಎಲ್ ಇ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಎಸ್.ಸಿ.ಮೆಟಗುಡ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸುವರು.
ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 26 ರಂದು ಶನಿವಾರ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 12 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಸಮಾರೋಪ ಸಮಾರಂಭ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಶ್ರೀಲಂಕಾ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಮೋಹನ್ ಪಿಯರಿಸ್ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ, ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮದ್ರಾಸ್ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಗಳ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಡಾ. ವಿನೀತ್ ಕೊಠಾರಿ ಸಮಾರೋಪ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಗುಜರಾತಿನ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕಾನೂನು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಉಪಕುಲಪತಿ ಪ್ರೊ.ಡಾ.ಎಸ್.ಶಾಂತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಗೌರವ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸುವರು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೂವರು ಅತಿಥಿಗಳು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯ ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿ.ವಿ. ಬೆಲ್ಲದ ಕಾನೂನು ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಆರ್.ಬಿ.ಬೆಲ್ಲದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸುವರು.
ಭಾರತ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದೇಶಗಳ 15 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ತಜ್ಞರು ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಾನೂನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ವಿದ್ವಾಂಸರು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾನೂನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಆರು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಅವಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಬಂಧಗಳನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 300 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಆಫ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

Bellad Law College, Belagavi is organizing a three-day International Conference on Transformational Technologies – their Applications and Regulations with special reference to Artificial Intelligence, Metaverse and Blockchain Technology. The conference is organized in Hybrid Mode (both offline & online) on 24th,25th & 26th February at JNMC Auditorium, Belagavi.
